Agreement and eligibility

By applying for, purchasing, or using Nouri Kin services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Participation is limited to adults age 18 or older. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, create a membership, or authorize payment. Nouri Kin may accept, request clarification from, waitlist, or decline an application based on program fit and operational capacity.

Program scope

Nouri Kin is a structured lifestyle and self-accountability program. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, nutrition treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for a licensed professional. No health, weight, financial, or other outcome is promised.

You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for your circumstances, following the Health Disclaimer, and seeking qualified professional guidance when needed.

Enrollment and the 90-day period

Payment is requested only after acceptance through a private, time-limited offer. The price and included access are shown before checkout. The purchase is a one-time payment through PayPal unless an offer expressly states otherwise; Nouri Kin does not enroll members in automatic renewal through this portal.

The official 90-day period begins only after verified payment, required onboarding, and your explicit Day 1 confirmation. Access and participation are personal to the accepted member.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and account access, and promptly notify care@nourikin.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share an account or use another member’s account.

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or reproduce private content, harass others, or use the Discipline Coach to seek diagnosis, medication instructions, emergency guidance, or other prohibited professional advice.

Sharing and $100 member referrals

Active members may create a personal referral link and choose to share their own updates through third-party social, email, or messaging services. Sharing is optional and member-initiated. Nouri Kin does not automatically publish private portal information or send an invitation without the member’s action. Referral messages must clearly disclose that the member may receive a reward.

A $100 referral reward becomes eligible only when a distinct new applicant uses the tracked link or invitation, is approved, completes verified payment, and remains a member for at least 14 calendar days after payment. Self-referrals, duplicate or previously attributed applicants, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, disputes, cancellations, reversals, or inaccurate attribution are not eligible. Nouri Kin records the tracked attribution shown in the portal and may investigate or disqualify a referral for a documented reason.

Eligible rewards require the referring member to provide a valid PayPal or Zelle destination. Payouts are reviewed and issued manually; the portal does not transfer money automatically. Rewards may be taxable, and Nouri Kin may request documentation or report payments when legally required. Nouri Kin may modify or end the referral program prospectively, while honoring already-earned eligible rewards subject to these Terms.

Content and intellectual property

Nouri Kin and its licensors retain ownership of the portal, program materials, branding, and related intellectual property. During an active enrollment, Nouri Kin grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own participation.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize Nouri Kin and its service providers to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal and are also subject to PayPal’s applicable terms. Nouri Kin does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account credentials.

Because digital access and program capacity are provided after verified payment, purchases are final except as described in the Refund Policy or when a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

Nouri Kin may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect members or the service, respond to fraud or unlawful conduct, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. When practical, Nouri Kin will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending participation does not create a refund right beyond the Refund Policy or applicable law.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nouri Kin disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes, governing law, and contact

Nouri Kin may update these Terms for legal, security, or operational reasons. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and communicated when required. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, contact care@nourikin.com so the parties can try to resolve the concern informally.
