Nouri Kin legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Nouri Kin collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Effective September 14, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, application responses, eligibility acknowledgments, consent choices, account details, signed agreements, onboarding responses, daily check-ins, private reflections, progress entries, support communications, and Discipline Coach conversations you choose to submit.
For member referrals, we record referral codes, invitation channel, cryptographically transformed recipient information, application attribution, eligibility dates, reward status, and the PayPal email or Zelle email/mobile number a member supplies for an eligible payout. We do not store the message a member chooses to send through their own email, SMS, or social-media service.
We also collect service and security information such as sign-in events, device and browser details, IP address, timestamps, and audit records. For payments, we receive limited PayPal transaction information such as an order or capture identifier, amount, currency, payer status, and payment status; we do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account credentials.
Nouri Kin is not designed to receive medical records, diagnoses, treatment plans, insurance information, or other protected health information. Please do not submit that information.
How we use information
We use information to review applications, communicate decisions, issue and administer offers, verify payments, provision accounts, deliver the program, save member progress, provide support, operate the Discipline Coach, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, maintain audit records, and comply with legal obligations.
Optional marketing messages require separate consent. You may opt out of marketing without affecting service, security, payment, or other transactional communications.
How information is disclosed
We disclose information only as needed to service providers acting on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, PayPal for payment processing, Sites and related infrastructure providers for hosting and security, an approved email provider when enabled, and an approved AI provider when the Discipline Coach is enabled.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, complete a business transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and international processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the program, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, satisfy accounting and legal duties, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention exceptions.
Our providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or change marketing preferences, by emailing care@nourikin.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including to protect another person, preserve security, complete a transaction, or meet a legal obligation.
California residents may have rights to know or access categories and specific pieces of personal information, request deletion or correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Because Nouri Kin does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no sale or sharing to opt out of. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
Security, age limits, and changes
We use safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege roles, multi-factor authentication for staff operations, and security logging. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your password and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
The service is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and communicated when required.
